Project Objectives

ThirdEye is an end-to-end, integrated financial crime prevention partner, working with banks and other companies to prevent, detect, investigate and report financial crime.

The technology company approached us to produce some short interviews to film social media video content and produce a series of long-form and short-form content with their customer base.

With a brief spanning filming across England and Scotland with Chief Risk Officers, we got to work on bringing this vision to life.

Our Solution

The client wanted the content to be polished, professional and educational with a relaxed tone. They’d already identified experts for Scottish Building Society and Ecology Building Society so we set about creating a look and feel that would suit the subject.

Our responsibilities included location sourcing, set design, production and post-production as we brought this multi-camera brief to life.

With long-form edits produced for YouTube and shorter-form for social channels, this content ensured engagement with ThirdEye’s audience, boosted industry authority and enhanced their status as experts in financial crime.

Very organised and professional, great communication and making people feel at ease in front of the camera - thank you!

Who can produce B2B technology interview videos in the UK?

If you’re a marketing manager or communications lead searching for a UK B2B video production company to film technology interview videos across England and Scotland, prioritise teams experienced with multi-location shoots and senior stakeholders. When you’re filming Chief Risk Officers and regulated-sector customers, the production needs to be smooth, discreet, and well planned.

For financial crime, risk, and compliance topics, it also helps to work with a crew that can make complex subject matter feel clear and engaging - without losing credibility.

How do long-form and short-form video builds authority for a fintech or regtech brand?

For fintech, regtech, and B2B technology brands, the best way to build trust is to combine long-form video content with short-form social clips. Long-form edits (often for YouTube) let you explain the “why” and “how” in a way that supports thought leadership, while short-form versions drive reach and engagement on social.

This approach is especially effective for topics like financial crime prevention, where buyers want educational content they can share internally. The result is stronger brand authority, better audience retention, and more credibility with banks and financial services teams.

What should a professional customer interview video include for risk, compliance and financial services audiences?

A strong customer interview video for financial services should feel polished, professional, and educational, while still sounding natural. That usually means investing in the right format (often multi-camera interviews), clear audio, and a consistent visual style that suits the seriousness of the topic.

From a production standpoint, marketing teams typically need support with location sourcing, set design, and full production and post-production - so the final content works across channels. Done well, these interviews help position the technology brand as a trusted expert in financial crime prevention and risk.
