When this eco-minded real estate developer approached us to document their restoration of the industrial building in which the iconic Flying Scotsman was engineered, we were keen to capture the history of the site as well as the key characters who contributed to its transformation. By blending footage from before the restoration with sweeping shots of the finished product and talking heads segments with members of the igloo team, this project highlighted the extent of the transformation while placing the people involved at the heart of the documentary.
